Enjoy a complimentary drink and snack while you wait

Henderson food pantry is open to serve those families who may need a little help in this difficult economy.
The people running the pantry are all volunteers working in this ministry.

 Food Pantry hours are from 11:00 am - 12:45 pm and 2 pm-4 pm  every other Wednesday

Henderson offers prepared foods from Country Fair from 11am - 1pm on Mon, Wed and Fri. Please call 814-460-0437 for information.

Henderson United Methodist Church distributes food to families in need in our area.     

Each food pantry has a designated area of the city.  For your area please call Second Harvest at 814-453-6864 
Henderson's designated area is

(1800 - 2800) East Avenue   (from East 18th to East 28th street)
(1000 - 2300) Buffalo Road (from East Ave to McClelland Ave)
East 18th St (from East Avenue to McClelland Ave)
East 16th St (from  Downing Ave to McClelland Ave)
East 28th Street to East 38th Street  (Davison Ave to McClelland Ave)
East 12th St to East 38th Street (Camphausen to McClelland Ave)

East 12th Street  (Downing Ave to Franklin Ave)
Cranch Ave to and Franklin Ave
East Lake Road to Lakeside Drive

And the roads within these boundaries.

Please have proof of residency when you come to apply.

Please bring your own bags to carry the food home in.
We do not supply bags.


Those who live outside our boundaries should call Second Harvest food pantry at (814) 459-3663 to find which food pantry is in their area.

Our distribution area is in the Ministry building.
Entrance is on Camphausen Ave.
Please form a single line 
outside the front door!

Please exit through the ramp door
and have a blessed day.


Once you are signed in, you can choose from a variety of foods. 

Please bring bags and help to carry your food home with you .

Federal law and policy prohibits discrimination against you based on the following:
race, color, national origin, religion, sex, disability, age, marital status, sexual orientation, family/parental status,
 income derived from a public assistance program and political beliefs.

Distribution is EVERY OTHER Wednesday
